Where do we ship?

  • We currently ship Spirits within New York State only 
  • Wine is currently being shipped to the following states only: California, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Wyoming
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • We ship accessories to all 50 states

Local deliveries

We offer local delivery for $5 to certain locations within the vicinity of our store. Deliveries to the applicable areas are free on orders that are $150 and above. Click here to see our local delivery policy.

 

Signature Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from SKwines.com. All packages sent out by SKwines.com require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult 21 years of age or older to sign for the alcoholic beverage delivery. 

 

Title of Ownership:

For all items purchased from SKwines.com, title is passed to the purchaser in New York State. By placing an order with SKwines.com, purchaser expressly agrees to assume title to the merchandise in New York State, immediately upon tendering full payment. The purchaser is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. When an order is placed, purchaser is authorizing SKwines.com to act on his/her behalf to engage with a common carrier to deliver the order. By utilizing this service from SKwines.com, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine or spirits. Furthermore, the purchaser represents that he/she has obtained all required permissions, paid all required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries, is legally entitled to take possession of wine & spirits, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age or older. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary subject to weather conditions and order volume. If you have a time sensitive order and need the order to arrive by a specific date, please email us at help@skwines.com.

Refund Policy

Current Vintage Wines: Only defective wines may be returned for a store credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase. All returned wines must be accompanied with the receipt, original bottle and 75% of the wine intact. 
 
Older Vintage Wines: While we do our best to ensure the quality of all of our wines, we are not responsible for wines that are older than five years from the latest vintage and defective in quality. These wines are sold on an as-is basis and there will be no store credits, refunds nor replacements for potentially defective wines.
 
Spirits: We do not accept returns of any opened spirits. Unopened spirits are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied with a receipt. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping fees and will be charged a 15% restocking fee (on the price of the product).
